Regarding the Use of Power Banks/Portable Batteries

In recent years, there have been increasing reports worldwide of power banks and devices with lithium-ion batteries becoming dangerously hot and even catching fire.

To ensure your safety and that of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of these devices inside guest rooms, as outlined below:

1. Please unplug any power banks/portable battery devices when you are away from your room.
2. Please refrain from charging or using the portable battery in the following locations.
   ・Window-side or other areas with direct sunlight
   ・Atop flammable materials, such as the bed, sofa, or linens
3. Please keep an eye on the portable battery when it is charging or in use.

Please note that if any of the above situations are observed during housekeeping, staff may move the battery/stop the charging process as a safety precaution. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
