Specialty breakfast menu

The standard breakfast menu has been tried and tested many times since the development of the Intergate Hotels brand. Our menus, which include minestrone soup with a hint of spicy miso for fermented goodness and frittata of seven vegetables rich in nutrition, have been highly praised by many guests for providing them energy to start the day.

Frittata of seven vegetables

We add plenty of vegetables,cheese and spices to beaten eggs,and then slowly finish this Italian egg dish in the oven. Frittata has great nutritional balance, it the perfect dish to start your day.

Minestrone soup

The name of the popular Italian soup also has meaning of "mix up"! The ingredients in minestrone vary by region. Our original minestrone at Hotel Intergate comes loaded with vegetables and a hint of spicy miso for fermented goodness.

Mezame potatoes

The rare mezame variety of potato is only grown in Hokkaido. It has a high sugar content, giving it a flavor similar to sweet potato or chestnut.We deep fry the potatoes with the skin on and then toss them with butter and rosemary for a flavorful and velvety soft bite.

Freshly baked bread

We serve fresh bread baked every morning.Make sure to try one of our croissants. Their enticing aroma and delicate crispy layers offer an extraordinary way to greet the day.

Seasonal Breakfast Menu
