At the INTERGATE Lounge (14F) of Hotel INTERGATE Hiroshima, we will give a performance of “Fukuyama-koto” which is designated as a national traditional handcraft, being surrounded by solar lanterns which work without any batteries. Also, we offer a special cocktail for this day during the Happy Hour.
How about spending time to think about the global environment, listening the beautiful sound of a national traditional handcraft: “Fukuyama-koto” in the lights of eco-friendly solar lanterns?

It is a lantern using a solar battery, which can be folded like a paper balloon.

2. Live Performance of “Fukuyama-koto”
“Fukuyama-koto” is the brand koto from Fukushima city, Hiroshima where has
the largest production of koto in Japan.
It is said that its history started from the beginning of Edo era,
and it was designated as a national traditional handcraft in 1985.
Please enjoy its beautiful sound.
