For one week from August 18 (Mon) to August 24 (Sun) 2025, we are offering a special lineup of local specialties at the Intergate lounge.

Hotel guests using the complementary guest lounge will be able to enjoy experiences such as cooking “issenyaki,” which is said to be the origin of Hiroshima’s “okonomiyaki.” Additionally, during the Happy Hour at evening time, red and white wines from Sera Winery, which brews and sells wine made from 100% locally grown grapes in Sera Town, Hiroshima, are available.

Furthermore, on August 23 (Sat) and 24 (Sun), we will hold a special two-day event in which a guest from “Sera Winery” will be invited to speak about the history and dedication of Sera Wine.

1. Cooking Experience of “Issenyaki ” (Time / 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
Issenyoshoku is said to be the origin of Hiroshima’s okonomiyaki. You can grill your own issenyaki, which is based on the issenyoshoku: a thin wheat flour base topped with green onions and dried bonito flakes, best enjoyed hot off the griddle.

2. Sera Winery “Ce LALA red dry” “Ce LALA white dry” (Time / 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
You can enjoy red and white wines made from 100% grapes grown in Sera Town, Hiroshima. Please savor the rich flavors of wines born from the climate and natural features of Sera.

Special Guest Lecture (2-days only) !
We will invite a guest from Sera Winery, which brews and sells wine made from 100% locally grown grapes in Sera, Hiroshima, to explain the history and dedication of Sera Wine.
