The Intergate Lounge connects people to people, people to the local community, and people to the hotel.
The Intergate Lounge offers a variety of services at different times of the day, including specialty coffees and original cocktails. You can use the lounge as often as you like during your stay. As a gathering space, workshops and events are also held here.
At the center of the lounge is a coffee counter resembling a chasen (tea whisk), representing the culture of chanoyu (tea ceremony) that permeates the everyday lives of Kanazawa people. Other interior design features include the wall tiles at the front desk, incorporating the motif of Kaga Gosai (five Kaga colors) used in Kaga Yuzen-dyed textiles and Kutani ware, to bring guests in touch with Kanazawa’s history and culture.

Specialty Coffee
Enjoy a nice cup of locally roasted specialty coffee
We serve specialty coffee using carefully selected beans from a long-established local coffee shop. We use beans purchased from Dart Coffee, an all-time favorite of Kanazawa people since its establishment in 1945, and to brew the perfect coffee, we use a fully automatic drip machine that takes about 3 minutes to drip one cup of coffee, producing a stable and ideal flavor. Have a taste of the local specialty coffee only available here at Intergate Hotels.

We offer snacks and drinks. This service is also available when you have a little time to spare, when you are hungry, or when you are taking a break during your trip.

We offer an assortment of drinks, including red wine, white wine, and original cocktails. Feel free to enjoy a happy hour at the hotel in the evening, when you return from your daytime stroll.
Late night snacks
Ochazuke buffet to satisfy your midnight cravings
We offer ochazuke (boiled rice in soup) as late night snacks. We offer more than 15 seasonal toppings related to Hokuriku’s local cuisine that go well with ochazuke. Two types of soup stocks are available — one made with the aromatic bocha (a specialty roasted green tea of Ishikawa Prefecture), and the other with bonito broth.

Breakfast is one of the most enjoyable parts of the morning when traveling. The breakfast menu is lined with such assorted dishes using plenty of vegetables that you may have a hard time deciding which one to eat first. Make sure to also try one of our crispy, delicate croissants fresh out of the oven with enticing aroma that tickles your taste buds.
