Please be advised that, in accordance with legal requirements, a mandatory electrical inspection will be conducted on the date and time listed below. During this inspection, a building-wide power outage will occur. As a result, all electrical facilities throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, will be unavailable. In addition, water service will also be suspended during the power outage.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

 Date & Time of Power Outage :Thursday, February 26, 2026
A complete power outage is scheduled from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
(Preparatory and recovery work will take place before and after the outage.)

Affected Areas :Entire hotel, including all guest rooms

• All electrical facilities throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, will be unavailable.
  This includes room lighting, air-conditioning, television, refrigerator, telephones (both internal and external lines), internet services (wired and wireless Wi-Fi), mobile phone reception, hot water supply, and the public bath.
• As refrigerator operation will be suspended, please refrain from storing perishable or refrigerated food items during this period.
• For safety reasons, please unplug precision electronic devices such as personal computers and mobile phone chargers before leaving your room.
• Corridor lighting will be limited to emergency lights only.
• Water service will be suspended due to the power outage.
  All bathrooms, toilets, and water facilities throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, will be unavailable.
• Elevators will be out of service.

During the power outage, we kindly ask guests to either leave the hotel or remain in their guest rooms.
