Traditional knowledge and skills of sake-making with koji mold in Japan has been registered as an UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage in December, 2024.
We hold an event talking about the charm of sake from Kanazawa, where is one of the most famous spot of local sake, with a cooperation of Fukumitsuya: a sake brewery which has the most long history in Kanazawa.
The event is just for one evening, and limited to accommodation guests.
