From February 16 (Mon) to February 22 (Sun), 2026, we will offer a special service featuring local delicacies unique to the region at the Intergate Lounge.

During this period, we will serve “Flower-rabbit” Rakugan (rice flour confection), the signature sweet of Rakugan Moroeya—a long-established Kanazawa confectioner specializing in traditional wagashi sweets founded in 1849. Please enjoy its delicate sweetness that gently melts in your mouth.

Furthermore, on February 21 (Sat), we will hold a one-day special event featuring a live demonstration of the popular Shio Dorayaki (salted red bean pancakes). These are made with salt produced by the traditional Noto Agehama-style method, creating a perfect, subtle sweetness. We hope you will take this opportunity to try them.

In addition, during Happy Hour (5:00pm – 7:00pm), we will offer Kaga Hakusan Salami. For the Ochazuke Buffet (8:00pm – 10:00pm), “YAMATO Brown Rice Amazake” and “Hot NOTOSODACHI Milk” will also be available as relaxing beverages before bedtime.
