From July 20 (Mon) to July 26 (Sun), 2026, we are delighted to offer a special service at the Intergate Lounge, featuring a selection of unique local specialties for a full week.

For this special occasion, we are collaborating with Yamato Soysauce & Miso Co., Ltd., a long-established fermented seasoning manufacturer founded in 1911, to bring you the rich and proud fermentation culture of Kanazawa.

During our Afternoon Service, we are pleased to offer a selection of treats, including the highly popular Miso Senbei from Yamato Soysauce & Miso Co., Ltd. You can also enjoy our house-made pound cake, made with Yamato Genmai Amakoji (a sweet koji paste made from domestic brown rice and rice koji).
During Happy Hour, you can enjoy a refreshing sparkling cocktail made with Yamato Doburoku (a traditional Japanese unfiltered rice wine) Cassis. In addition, our snack station will feature Yamato Goma (sesame) Miso and Yamato Negi (scallion) Miso, served as dip sauces perfect for pairing with crackers. We invite you to experience an exciting new way to enjoy miso.

1. Miso Senbei & House-made Pound Cake Made with Yamato Genmai Amakoji
Time: 3:00PM – 7:00PM
During our Afternoon Service, we offer two delightful treats. One is the highly popular, nostalgically crispy Miso Senbei from Yamato Soysauce & Miso Co., Ltd., and the other is our house-made pound cake made with Yamato Genmai Amakoji. Please come and enjoy the wonderful harmony of crunchy senbei alongside our original hotel sweets infused with the gentle aroma of sweet amazake.

　

2. Yamato Doburoku (Cassis) Alcoholic Cocktail, Yamato Goma Miso and Yamato Negi Miso Savory Dips
Time: Happy Hour (5:00PM – 7:00PM)
During Happy Hour, you can enjoy a refreshing sparkling cocktail made with Yamato Soysauce & Miso’s craft doburoku (a traditional Japanese unfiltered rice wine), which beautifully showcases their over 100 years of expertise in fermentation.
