The Intergate Lounge connects people to people, people to the local community, and people to the hotel.
The Intergate Lounge offers a variety of services at different times of the day, including specialty coffees and original cocktails. You can use the lounge as often as you like during your stay. As a gathering space, workshops and events are also held here.
Right in the center of the lounge, where the morning sun shines through large windows, canals and waterways that have supported Osaka’s development are laid out dynamically in graphic arts on a big table. The coffee counter is embellished with the “wave pattern” of Ise-katagami paper stencil printing, which was popular in Osaka during the Edo period, a design unique to Water Metropolis Osaka.

Specialty Coffee
Enjoy a nice cup of locally roasted specialty coffee
We’re proud to serve you our delicious coffee specially made from the beans of a long-established local coffee shop.
We serve in-house roasted Hiro Coffee made from green coffee beans purchased from contract farmers, and use beans purchased from Yamamoto Coffee, a long-established manufacturer in Osaka that has been exploring the possibilities of coffee since its establishment in 1950. To brew the perfect coffee, we use a fully automatic drip machine that takes about 3 minutes to drip one cup of coffee, producing a stable and ideal flavor. Have a taste of the local specialty coffee only available here at Intergate Hotels.

Ochazuke buffet to satisfy your midnight cravings
For your late night snacks of ochazuke, we offer a wide assortment of toppings, including not only standard pickles, but also Korean chanja (a dish associated with Osaka’s Ikuno Korea Town). You can enjoy a rich variety of ochazuke, such as combining chanja with Korean seaweed, white sesame seeds, and salted kelp. Two types of soup stocks are available—Kansai-style thin bonito broth and flavorful hojicha (roasted green tea).
