As part of a collaborative project between industry and academia with Osaka University of Arts, we are pleased to announce the launch of an art room featuring the theme of Kobe Suma Sea World, our company’s facility which opened in 2024 and is the only place in Western Japan where you can watch orca performances.

*Reservations are now open, having started on December 12 (Fri), 2025.
Room Type: Deluxe Twin Room (31㎡)
Price: From ¥18,500 per person (including breakfast) for two guests sharing a room.
*The price includes consumption tax and service charge, but excludes accommodation tax.

Concept: “URBAN MIDNIGHT SEA”
The room was designed through the free imagination of students, embodying the image of an ocean that has suddenly appeared in Umeda, a city without a sea.
■The Art Room
The guest room is adorned with various art pieces created by the students. We have expressed the world of the night sea through diverse items, including shampoo bottles, window decals, and cushions designed after the creatures exhibited at Kobe Suma Sea World. Furthermore, the room features a diorama recreating an orca swimming in the deep sea, and neon lights designed in the shape of jellyfish and spotted garden eels.

In addition, the room features a wide array of take-home items, such as coasters and toothbrush holders shaped like orcas.

■AR (Augmented Reality)

Utilizing AR technology, you can take photos with orcas and jellyfish. Please also look out for the adorable animation showing the movement of the orca.
*Guests staying in rooms other than the Art Room can also enjoy this feature.
Location: In front of the front desk on the 2nd Floor of Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda
