SECURITY

Safe security at the entrance to the women’s bath

The entrance to the women’s bath is equipped with a system that unlocks when a daily passcode is entered into the ten-key system at the entrance. The passcode will be provided at the time of check-in.

Remarks ・Entry while drunk is not allowed.
・Tattoos are not allowed, except when fully obscured with up to two tattoo cover stickers (10㎝x15㎝). Tattoo cover stickers are available upon request at the front desk.
・Towels are not available in the communal baths. Please bring towels from your room.
・Guests may visit the communal bath in roomwear and slippers.
・Entry to women's bath requires a passcode (touch panel lock). The passcode is provided at the front desk.

In accordance with the Kanazawa City Public Bath Law Enforcement Ordinance, only children up to 6 years old are allowed for mixed-gender bathing. Children over 7 years old may not enter baths for the opposite sex.
